Please note that items purchased on sale or with a gift card cannot be returned.

Please make sure to request a return before sending the item back to us, as we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

A: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please inspect it upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by either replacing the item or providing a refund.

Q: Can I exchange my item for a different one?

A: Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Q: Can I return personalized or custom-made items?

A: We do not accept returns for personalized or custom-made items, as they are specially made for you. Please make sure to double-check all customization details before placing your order.

Q: What if I want to cancel my order within the European Union?

A: If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please contact us at support@unbthrd.store to initiate the cancellation or return process.

Q: When will I receive my refund?

A: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
